Processing precipitation
Processing precipitation from natural, household, and industrial wastewater to achieve any specified moisture content, with deposition on highly efficient sludge platforms, treatment on filter belt-presses, dewatering in dehydrators and centrifuges, followed by drying and incineration.
Application
The mechanical dewatering of wastewater sludge and industrial slurries aims to reduce their volumes by separating the liquid phase from suspended substances. Following the dewatering process, the resulting liquid sludge and slurries transform into materials with significantly elevated concentrations of suspended solids, resembling the consistency of damp soil. This altered consistency enables the efficient transportation of dewatered sludge in truck bodies.
sludge processing
The sludge processing process aims to reduce phosphorus content in the return sludge and minimize its impact on the biological treatment of wastewater. A notable treatment method involves the microbiological decomposition of organic matter without oxygen, resulting in the production of biogas.
Application
The application of our technology allows for the optimization of anaerobic digestion, preparation of sludge for further processing, and the generation of biogas. Mechanical dewatering of sludge is a pivotal stage in the technological process, enabling the selection of equipment to obtain a stabilized product with a moisture content of 70-80%, high-quality cake/filtrate, and cost minimization.
ENERGY FROM SLUDGE
Wastewater sludge represents a valuable energy resource in our sustainable approach. Following an initial sludge thickening process, our state-of-the-art sludge digestion reactors efficiently produce biogas, simultaneously diminishing sludge volume. The treated biogas can be harnessed to generate both heat and electric power, contributing to a substantial reduction in the carbon and energy footprint of the wastewater treatment plant.
thermal drying
The final stage of sludge processing is thermal drying, ensuring sanitary disinfection and stability of the dried material. This also enables the use of cost-effective and efficient sources of thermal energy, taking into account economic and environmental aspects to the maximum extent.
Reducing sludge volume
In regions with abundant sunlight, our solution enables the use of solar energy for dewatering sludge. For instance, at wastewater treatment plants, automated robots mix mechanical dewatered sludge in large greenhouses, utilizing thermal energy to increase dry matter concentration.
Sun-dried sludge at both stations significantly reduces transportation costs. The dried sludge can be employed in the construction industry or for co-incineration.
