Our company
Our company carries out trenchless rehabilitation of water supply networks for drinking and industrial water, domestic and storm sewerage by rehabilitating pipelines with a flexible polymer sleeve (liner) made of fiberglass.
№1
No need to carry out land works and disrupt landscaping.
№2
No need to use heavy construction equipment.
№3
No risk of damage to other nearby utilities.
№4
Ability to perform work in hard-to-reach places.
№5
Fast execution of work compared to alternative methods (up to 100 meters per day).
№6
Possibility of restoring gravity and pressure pipelines, as well as pipelines for drinking water.
№7
A slight reduction in the internal diameter of the existing pipeline - from 3 mm to 15 mm.
№8
After curing, the finished pipe is resistant to mineral and biological formations, corrosion, and stray currents.
№9
Possibility to rehabilitate pipeline sections with bending angles of up to 30°.
№10
According to the manufacturer, the pipe's service life after rehabilitation is 50 years.
№11
Due to the smooth surface and low friction coefficient, the throughput capacity of pipelines after their rehabilitation with a flexible polymer sleeve (liner) increases.
№12
Ability to restore pipelines of round, elliptical and other types of cross-sections.
№13
Diameters of remanufactured pipes range from 150mm to 1600mm.
1. Pipeline cleaning
Hydrodynamic cleaning of the pipeline from dirt and deposits and subsequent inspection by means of teleinspection.
2. Installation
Installation of a polymer hose in an existing pipeline.
3. Acceptance
The liner takes on the shape of a recoverable pipeline under the influence of compressed air pumped inside.
4. Installation of ultraviolet
Installation of ultraviolet emitters inside the liner.
5. Polymerization
Automated process of polymerization of the sleeve under the influence of ultraviolet light.
6. Teleinspection
Tele-inspection of the pipeline section being repaired to check the quality of the work performed.
7. Update
Resumption of pipeline operation.
During the refurbishment process, the sleeve takes the shape of the pipe being refurbished. After curing, the sleeve actually becomes a new fiberglass pipe
with a wall thickness of 3 mm to 15 mm, which can withstand all external and internal loads. Dismantling of the old damaged pipe is not required.
